The branch has been saddened to hear of the sudden passing of our branch contact Jill Clarkson. The branch would like to send it's condolences to Jill's family and friends. Below is the notice from the Westmorland Gazette.

JILL CLARKSON Died suddenly in A & E at Royal Lancaster Infirmary on the morning of Wednesday, 24th January, aged 67. Much loved wife and soul-mate of Peter, sister of Christine Bellis, aunt of Joanne and Lesley, step-mother of Dianne, Baz and John. The world has lost a dynamic, energetic and altruistic lady who will be greatly missed. Funeral service will take place on Monday 12th February at 2.00 pm at Beetham Hall Crematorium.
