Kirkby Lonsdale Brewery
Kirkby Lonsdale Brewery
Kirkby Lonsdale Brewery is in a unit at the Old Kirkby Lonsdale Station Yard. The first brew was in February 2009 on a 6BBL plant supplied by PBC Brewery Installations Ltd.
Beers are sold locally at the Orange Tree Pub, owned by Stuart Taylor, Richard Taylor, Roger Taylor and Alan Stephenson, and are being seen more widely throughout Cumbria.
The beers are often delivered in the brewerys restored 1974 Commer Karrier Bantam.
The brewery has now opened a new brewery tap. This is the Royal Barn Brewery and Beer Bar in the centre of Kirkby Lonsdale. The brewery in the Royal Barn is in addition to the existing brewery which will continue in production.
