This is the taproom for Orm's Ol Brewery, a 5BBL micro brewery located at the 14th Century Ormside Hall, and converted from the church barn. It is named after the viking warrier Orm whose grave (which also contained his sword and the ornate Ormside Bowl) was discovered nearby next to St James Church (Cumbria's oldest).
The taproom usually opens once a month - see Facebook or their webpage for details.
